This stuff is great! No weird taste or smell, and the pills are easy to swallow. I like that it has ashwagandha, fenugreek, maca blend, ginseng, black pepper and other good stuff. Officially started in dec 2024 and i somehow noticed how may breast looks plump. Maca root is know to make breast plumpy. Its too early to say yes it works because the body is getting use to but no side effects. The smell is manageable No after taste Since taking i notice i have been calm, no anxiety feeling

I'm not a chemist, nor a health freak who spends time sampling different vitamins and stuff... frankly, that's a little ridiculous, although I do appreciate that someone is taking the time to tell me it's not going to kill me I suppose... What I can tell you about these is that I take them at night and my sleep does seem to really have improved. I sleep more sound, I don't wake up as much at all, and for some reason when I started taking these I noticed I no longer get up at night to go to the bathroom! I don't know if it was this that helped with that, but as soon as I started these I haven't woken up anywhere near as much... Drastic difference for me! Can't say that will happen for you, but it seems to be a nice surprise. Overall, these supplements do seem to provide some positive benefits!
