LifePro Products are Amazing
I own quite a few LifePro products and I have never regretted it. I was given the opportunity to test the Hyperextension Roman Chair and it lives up to the quality that I have come to expect from LifePro. I have never been good at assembling products, but this Roman chair is the exception. Everything I needed was neatly labeled and packaged together and the instructions were easy for me to understand so that I was able to put it together myself. I primarily use this for back extensions and incline push ups, and it works very well. I am 5’11” and I can use this easily due to the sturdy build of the chair. I am working on trying other exercises with it. I love the space saving design as it folds up very easily and because it’s lightweight, it’s very easy to move wherever you need it. I run and hike and this Roman chair is helping me strengthen my glutes and core, which I very much appreciate. LifePro is a wonderful company who is very much focused on customer service. Their Lifetime Guarantee is amazing so when you buy from them, it is a positive investment in your health and fitness. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent product at a fair price.
I am 87 years old, swim a mile in the pool at my gym every other day and do resistance exercises. Back surgery left me with lower back tightness. I sometimes awaken at night with referred pain, which I assume is due to arthritis in my back and possible stenosis. I bought the Lifepro SculptTrainer Roman Chair so I could do more back extensions at home and find out if the referred and other pain disappear. Assembling it was easy. The instructions are idiot-proof, but there probably are a few idiots that don't know how to follow instructions.

Lower Back Pain Relief
I purchased this product to strengthen my lower back. I was experiencing lower back and hip pain. I’ve only used it twice so far because it took forever to assemble. That’s why I gave it four stars. One bolt didn’t fit at all. After it was ready to go, I hopped on and tested it out. I immediately felt a nice stretch in the lower back and hamstrings. My back was pain free for about four hours. This was exciting! I slept well and woke up in less pain. This morning, after working on the chair, the results were the same. I’m hooked! Looking forward to adding weights in the future and getting stronger. My back is thanking me for purchasing this Roman chair. It’s comfortable, sturdy (I’m a big gal), and looks/feels well made. Overall, I’m pretty happy.

Good equipment
This piece of equipment is fantastic, easy to put together, easy to use, comes with a pamphlet of a ton of different workouts to do, I love how versatile it is, and for the price it’s definitely built really well and has comfortable padding. The functionality is great. Even folds up really nice to store away under a bed or in a closet.

Great piece of equipment
What a handy piece of workout equipment - small, portable, lightweight. Very sturdy and well made. Great for stretching my back, walking by throughout day, stop stretch and carry on.

Great price and very stable ...light weight and compact for easy storage .
I'm 6 foot 1 and 230 lbs for reference. This machine is very stable and folds up easily. It will accommodate a wide variety of body types. It does flex a little under my weight but I'm not concerned. As other have mentioned, the welds seems to be welded off center but it doesn't affect the stability or the safety of the machine. The packing was perfect with all bolts clearly labeled and assembly was easy.

Great product
Sturdy, quality materials. Easy assembly. Comes with wrenches if you need to use them, but a metric socket set makes it easier. Fits me at 6'3 225lbs and my 5'5 wife with one more adjustment available both ways.

Uncomfortable - & don’t feel it in glutes or back
It doesn’t work and it awkward. And keep trying to figure out what’s wrong with it. Maybe the problem is the leg bottom part is too close almost pushing leg forwards and there’s no angled way to place feet at the bottom just on the flat floor. Plus maybe by the ankles maybe it needs to be a little further back? Idk. But it’s not working and it’s extremely uncomfortable. I tried a different kind of this at the gym and I loved it and wanted to invest in one. I loved it so much I felt it right away in the glutes. This thing however isn’t it. I tried to move it from tallest to shortest but I don’t think that’s the problem. I think it’s the ankle feet positioning. It almost hurts. And does nothing to the glutes. It says u can also do side sit-ups . By crossing your feet together but it’s extremity uncomfortable and squished. Idk soemthing is just plain wrong with it. I regret it a lot. And I’m too lazy to haul this to return it. Plus I would have to take it all apart! I don’t have the box either as I tossed it being to excited. If I were u I wouldn’t buy it. It’s almost pushing my bottom legs (not thighs) forward and I feel that once I’m bending and my feet are flat I think at the gym the feet are kinda angled or something I could be wrong but this doesn’t feel good at all and I don’t feel it in the back or glutes at all. Just in my wallet! Also if your heavy set I definitely would skip 100. Honestly doesn’t matter just def skip this plus returning this is basically impossible after building it. Like be foreal. Also there was a few parts that arrived a little damaged. The other mention is the parts aren’t labeled. The bolts are labeled but evry other peace has no labor sticker so you have to look at the instructions book and decide if it looks like the one in the instructions. It does show letters in instructions. But not on the actual metal pieces and not of the little bags either. U just pick a piece and stare to decide what letter it’s supposed to be. At least the bolts are labeled
