The sizing is a little off. I ordered a Medium as all of my other braces are a medium but I could have used a large because the strap doesn't come all the way around to where it should in the front. But, otherwise, it is a great product and works well.

I measured according to their directions, my thigh is 20" at 4" above my knee, so I ordered the 2xl. It fits at the top but is completely loose below my knee. It is not snug or has any compression. It just feels like a light knit sock. So I should've gotten an XL instead. I am a woman so maybe women should size down if you are right at between sizes. Without the elastic straps, which are removable, it would offer no compression or support at all being too large. I can't tell that there is any copper in it at all.

Bought a triple X size according to my leg size. Fits perfect, straps wrap around an fit nicely too. Worn them several times, and although they seem to help some what, I don't think I'm getting all the helping factors promised. I'll continue trying them, and I guess we'll see in a month or two if the problem lessens once we get rid of the erratic weather changes.
