Gorgeous fire, absolutely solid! Well made and looked fantastic, unfortunately the sizing wasn’t for us for where we needed it to be and had to return it! The return process was very easy print a label for inside and arrange collection £1.99 fee Refund was processed in a speedy time frame - would have no hesitation in recommending seller

Looks lovely, works well
I spent a long time looking at reviews of this kind of electric heater and I went round several DIY sheds to get a feel of what was out there. A lot of cheaper heaters were noisy, both per reviews and site visits, so they went by the board immediately. The Holbeck got very good reviews and it has turned out to be as good as promised. It's easy to install and easy to work. It heats a big, high-ceilinged room very quickly, the flame effect is mesmerising and, personally, I love the psychedelic light show, though it is possible to select a single sidelight or turn them off. Highly recommended.

Excellent fire at an excellent price.
Looks better than expected, online pictures don’t do it justice. Heats up a large room easily which we didn’t expect. Easy to fit and easy to use. I think the only thing I would change is as we bought a white fire I think the electric cable should have been white.

Great fire but poor fitting it’s difficult to mount needs two people
Ww love this fire as centre piece of our stone wall but the fitting bar is supposed to allow you to slot the fire into it on an angle it took hours and was a nightmare even for our joiner.. we nearly sent it back.. after compromising on the fitting it’s up now and looks amazing the crystal and peoples make it look red hot realistic embers .. just get the fitting side of it right and it would be complete five star.. Buy it you won’t be disappointed though!

White endeavour fire
Lovely fire I put on wall myself easy to install good value for money lovely size and good heat if you need it. I used the pebbles and clear stones absolutely stunning I’m well pleased heat comes out of the bottom on this one

Love it, worth the money.
The pictures don’t do the fire just u personally think it looks great. Against a brilliantly white wall it looks off white as seen in my pictures. I made the mistake of not reading carefully that it wasn’t a recessed fireplace so I can only use it aesthetically and not as a heater. This is only for hanging on a wall and I don’t k is if I personally would have like it that way, think it would be a bit weird. Delivery and package were efficient and quick. For the price it’s great quality.

Really modern and sleek looking
Looks really nice and sleek when mounted, and the backlight really adds a nice glow to it. When the heater is on it gives off a good heat and isn't too loud, also has a handy temperature timer as well. Been installed for a few weeks now (instructions were simple to follow) and going great. Delivered really quickly as well. Very pleased.

Es un producto increíble. Muy fácil de instalar, múltiples funciones y calienta el salón perfectamente, dándole un toque increíble. Lo que más me ha sorprendido es que la primera que me llegó estaba dañada y hacía un ruido incómodo, contacté con el vendedor y a la semana siguiente (antes de enviar la defectuosa) tenía en cada otra nueva que funcionaba perfectamente. Un diez para el producto, pero sobre todo mi mejor y más absoluta valoración para el vendedor por su comportamiento en esta incidencia.

Llevaba mucho tiempo detrás de una chimenea de este tipo pero no acababa de decidirme pues algunas por falta de potencia en calor y las que realmente son de calidad su precio es muy elevado. Esta chimenea supera todo! Sencillamente impresionante a un precio inmejorable. Felicito al vendedor también por ello y por su rapidez. Llegó apenas en cuatro días. Perfecto todo.
