Remarkably well made and versatile unit
I purchased this for a young friend who has MS; the idea was to find a unit that would work both on a bed or flat surface and a chair, depending on her ability. This unit meets those requirements in spades and is infinitely adjustable and modifiable. I can set it up very easy for her to use on the bed with cushions behind her head or in a few minutes adjust to a reclining chair if she feels well enough. I was initially concerned with the vertical pole (with the wheel base mount) would cause her difficulty however we just fold it down (with the large, easy to use, quick adjustment lever) and she lifts her leg over to the other side. Although too heavy for her to move with fine muscle skills, in the event of an emergency it is light enough for her to shove out of the way. The gear shift mount is not in the ideal placement so I have ordered an accessory kit (see review for RGS & GTS upgrade kit) with a upgraded shifter and pedal mount. Cordage was also a concern, the good folk at WSP provided a couple zip ties but I needed something more to ensure the cables and cordage did not tangle in legs so I initially went with the reusable hook and loop cable ties that did an excellent job, however I soon (voided the warranty) and used a rotary tool to make cut outs in some of the tubes, ran small flexible conduit and ran all (except the power cable, do not run the power cable for safety) cables internally along one side tube, half the front tube and up the vertical tube, now you can only see the power cable; and the controller cable exits out of the rear of the side tube by the petals. I will post pic's if she cleans her room. Very happy with this produce. Thank you good people at Wheel Stand Pro P.S. it does ship and arrive in two days just like they say, perfect for gamers and people with ADD.

Great wheel stand
So far it is a good purchase. It took about 10-15 minutes to fully setup and looks great! Pros: It is all metal. It came with all of the parts needed plus more for other wheels/pedals/add-ons. It is very sturdy and doesn't feel like it will tip over and feels very strong. *Also, all of the cons below have a "but" to them, so that is good!* Cons: The instructions weren't very clear on paper and were a bit confusing. The YouTube video was the better way to go. And the wrapping was very difficult to unwrap, I feel like it was a bit extensive but at least I know it was safe! It also is a bit on the expensive side, but seems like it is reliable enough to match up to the standard (I hope). Tip: It didn't come with the sticky stuff for the pedals like the video showed on their website, but I believe they alternated them with the little rubber grippings instead which probably work better if you have to switch the pedals out for new ones. So it is kind of a con/pro, but should probably be updated on their YouTube video so that you don't freak out and feel like you didn't get a part. Overall, I believe this was worth the purchase and is definitely much better, easier and more comfortable than putting it on a cheap table. having to do a DIY version, or putting it in your lap. For the price, it definitely feels very strong and like it will last.

Very Decent Product
1. Product is 90% solid. It's a tiny bit shaky but totally playable. It not as solid as some of the more "chassis" type stuff, but it's better than most anything short of that. Most don't really want to build half a car in your living room anyway. It's worth the money if it holds up well. 2. Printed instructions are the worst ever. You have to use the youtube videos (just like everyone else says) but be careful still, as the videos have no words and a lot of these products can mount different ways. Be very certain you understand what you are about to do when you take a step. 3. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN ANY SCREW!!!!! I used the following and will give you some tips on that. TMX wheel: The most useful product in the world here is an item made by ricmotech and called a "hard mount adapter" for this wheel. Google it. Buy it. Does exactly what it sounds like. Pull off the four rubber feet (save them in case you upgrade wheels later) on the wheel for a better mount of the adapter. Now you have standard Thrustmaster threads to mount to. Other than that... You could get a TX wheel as they are a bit better. More money though. T3PA-Pro Pedals: Big deal here. There is a silver bar that comes with this product that has four holes in it. The instructional video will tell (show) you to mount this to the bottom of the pedals with 1x M6 50mm screw in one of the two center holes under the brake pedal. I don't recommend this. The bar flexes, the screw is too long, and you damage your internals on pedals. The setup comes with 2x M6 40mm screws as well. Go to the hardware store and get two more for a total of 4x M6 40mm screws. It takes a little bending of the bar, but you can mount it with all four screws and distribute it so that you don't have to dig them all in too deep. You can also get some of those THIN rubber stickers that go on furniture feet and place them between the bar and frame. Mine is SOLID AS A ROCK with this method. TH8A Shifter: Pretty straightforward. The video covers mounting this fairly well. Be mindful that the adapter goes on before your wheel. You will likely have to tighten the adjustable joints after the first bit of play with Force Feedback. mine was pretty floppy fairly quickly. Just hold the clamps tight in your hand, and tighten then other end with the included wrench. Seems to stay tight. Would love to give 4.5 stars if i could, but have to take off a little for the instructions.

Sturdy, flexible, the perfect complement to any wheel setup. Setting up your wheel for a session is always a faff, often too much of a faff to make it worth doing. The wheelstand makes it easy to store your wheel setup and have it ready to race in moments. Exceptionally well build, sturdy and adjustable to a range of seating positions. Only downside is it's quite heavy, but that makes it stable and strong.

If I could, I would give zero stars. The manual was bad, it took me forever to find a way to install Thrustmaster TMX. And then the red bar is supposed to hold the pedals in place. of course the thicker part is behind the red bar so the pedals keep sliding out. And now I'm outside the return window. And zero stars to amazon for showing this is something to be ordered with TMX.

The wheel stand feels very solid and takes much less space than a seat. Would have been 5 stars, but it doesn't come with a holder for a shifter, like you see in the picture. Also, this is advertised as compatible with the ThrustMaster T300RS, which comes with a 3-pedal box. The mounting plates included only fit a 2-pedal box, so you can't fix the pedals to the stand.
