DXZ DTF Printer A3 L1800 Transfer Printing Machine T-Shirt Direct to Film with Dual White Ink System 2880 DPI for Diversed Fabrics,2-Year Ink Included(Printer+Oven)

I'm not going to lie - this venture is not for the faint of heart, but with patience, things will work out. My unit arrived sooner than I expected it to. I had watched a ton of videos before ordering, so was aware that the software installation could be tricky. I had no problem, though. However, the waste ink pump unit was faulty, I assume from shipping on rough seas. I contacted Customer Service, who promptly replied and began working on a resolution. Jack and Daisy (as you will read in other reviews) were excellent. They determined what the problem was, and a new pump unit was immediately shipped out. I again watched some videos to learn how to replace the pump unit. When I got it installed, everything worked beautifully. Except my film feed - totally my fault, as I neglected to reset my printhead height after the previous tech session. Jack again came online to help me. Since it was Christmas weekend, I postponed additional help until after the holiday. I did get this figured out on my own over the weekend. Of course, now that my printer had been sitting idle for about 10 days, when I went to do a test print, no white ink printed. I expected that. It has titanium oxide and must be stirred or it settles and can clog the printheads. (By the way, this is why you're supposed to do a print every day, along with routine maintenance.) Guess who called on Jack yet again? People, this was 5 or 6 times by now, and EVERY time, he was very patient and walked me through what needed to be done on my end, while taking care of things that were done at his end. I honestly wish all CS responses were like this. Bottom line - if you're thinking DTF printing may be for you, go the extra money and get the full setup like I did - oven, inks, printer, roller, etc. And purchase from a company that gives the same kind of support that Jack and Daisy gave me, and many others (read the reviews!) Expect some hiccups, be patient since there's a pretty good time difference between the US and China, and it will go more smoothly. This experience has also taught me some basics about how my printer is made and works, which will help me make it last longer.

Great machine to have but there customer service is even better jack and daisy helped me get my machine to work fast and easy they did all the work while I just watched very professional and fast! Thank you!

Very fast shipping once I figured out how to use whatsapp the customer service was awesome what I see of the printer so far looks like a very quality machine can wait to put it to the test

The unit comes well packaged and comes with everything needed to start up. Contact tech support for driver install and print head test alignment hopefully you will get Albert. He is fast and polite . Wife hasn’t started using it yet so time will tell.

This printer doesn’t use RIP software, you must use adobe to add white backing to print. Customer support SUCKS.

Daisy was amazing! I lost all the info on the included flash drive. She got me fixed up quickly and shared all the files I need with me. I would definitely recommend this printer and amazing company to anyone looking to purchase a dtf printer.

Arrived 5 days early! The set up was horrendous. All your instructions are on a ubs stick. You need to disablenyou anti virus to set up but ince everything is done the machine runs fine with it turned back on . There is pretty much a video for each step which is awsome! However on my usb manual in step 2 they forgot to put the software setup dftrip file, so I could not setup the software to do anything. The tech support is in China and you contact them through what app, also being in China you have to contact them after about 8pm. I managed to reach someone and they sent me the file. The set up was actually really easy just pay attention to the video play 10 sec, do that step, play 10 sec etc... I made notes and took pictures. It only took about 45 mins. Putting the roller on, filling the ink and bleeding the lines was very easy. You can not do editing in the software which was a bit of a bummer but you can upload pics etc very easily. I have been using canva. The oven has no smell at all which is great. I was missing a small dish that goes in the machine to help keep it clean of splatter but the tech department told me it was not a needed part and I can put paper towel or any small dish in that spot. I have a sponge there, its working great. I received messages from the tech department seeing how things were going and when I told them I was done they gave me some very good instructions on regular care and maintenance and advised me to buy a nozzle moisturizer to help the nozzles last longer it was 54$ on here to order. I am very happy and would recommend this machine. I would of given it 5 stars but I was missing software and a dish and when you spend 3200$ on a product you would expect to get the software to run it. Lol. Tech department is GREAT!
