Love this hot water bottle. It retains the heated water for a good while and is very good for the low back pain I've been dealing with. I love that it has a soft and cozy cover to help maintain the heat while using. There is no leakage but I guess if you don't put the lid on correctly it might.

I bought several of these and boy when the Electricity went off I WAS SO GLAD I DID. With out camp stove we were able to heat hot soup and hot water and once these were filled with hot water put inside our shirts and into our beds were were comfortable. THIS IS A SMART EMERGENCY ITEM. I suggest 2 per family member. One for the chest and the other for the feet. And with these cozy coverings they worked just GREAT. Highly recommend.

I have 2 of these and love them. As long as they are dried properly there is no smell. It’s the perfect size to warm my hands or to use on my back or stomach. Weight almost feels like weighted blanket but not too heavy. The quality of this is fantastic making it very effective. Mine stays hot close to 6 hours and I use water from the coffee pot. Just a great design over all

As someone who suffers from multiple chronic illnesses and pain issues, I am constantly on the hunt for things that will help alleviate pain and symptoms. Saw this, figured for $10 I had nothing to lose, and ordered. OMG. Best decision ever. This might be the best $10 I've ever spent in my LIFE. For the last 3 nights I've filled it up with water that's just below boiling. I prop it up on the counter between two heavy items, fold back the cover around the mouth of the bottle, put a funnel in the open mouth, and fill it until the water hits where the bottom of the stopper ends. I then gently squeeze the sides so the water level comes up to just below the edge of the mouth, and screw in the stopper, creating a bit of suction to make sure the seal is super tight. And then I go to bed and cuddle up to it all night. I have noticed it holds heat EXTREMELY well if it stays under the covers. I have timed it and so far the longest amount of time it stayed warm for was 16 hours. Of course by the end it wasn't hot anymore, just warmer than my hand, but I still find it EXTREMELY impressive that it was still warm 16 hours after filling it. The value can't be beat - $10 for 16 hours of comfort! The cover is also super soft and is designed to blend in. I went with the black colored cover so it will be usable for years to come (and shouldn't show too much dirt or wear) and I got the one with the hand pouch for my perpetually cold hands. Heavenly. The bottle itself seems to be a fairly standard design, not sure you can really get too crazy with something like that without losing function. This thing works so amazingly well, just buy it!
