Pretty good. Glue is not too strong but good enough to stick properly with no residue. During installation, you can re-try i.e. you can pull it back out after sticking it and then restick it correctly. Quality of material is really good. Only down side i see is heat disappation may be an issue in long term use scenario, but this should not be a real problem.
