Was encouraged by my dentist to try a water flosser and didn't want to spend a huge amount of money for something I may not like. This one does the job fairly well. I had a bit of a learning curve at first, but now it is quite easy to use. It's nice that it includes many attachments, however I only use the straight one. It holds a charge quite a long time and in all the months I've had it I've only charged it once with daily use.

I had my last sonicare water flosser for barely over 1 year & it stopped working (all the lights came on when charging, but nothing would work. I can only guess it wasn't as water resistant as they claim. Water runs down my arm as i use them, but never got it more wet than what would get on it that way, & i always kept the rubber cover over the charge port). I didn't want to spend $80 on another name brand water flosser that may not last. So, i decided to try a less expensive brand. It works just as well, the attachments i had left from my sonicare flossers actually fit this one, too. The one thing i hate about these is the power button placement. It needs a switch, not a button, in my opinion. It's not a knock against this brand, because they all are in a horrible place, no matter the brand, because they all try to look & function similarly. When i use them on my bottom teeth, i have to readjust my hand position. When i do that, my finger comes off of the power button. So, when i want to turn it off, I can't always find the correct button immediately. If I take it out of my mouth to look, water squirts everywhere. The only other option is to let all the water run out. Very frustrating, but i had the same issue with every one of these water flossers. I just need to get used to this one. I saw some mention the water runs out too quickly. It's fine for me. I get between every tooth, & there's still water left. It has good power, & has worked great so far. Of course, i can't speak to longevity yet, but with a 2 year warranty, i hope it will be fine. My last 2 were gifts, so i had no receipt to get sonicare to fix them. I also haven't seen how long the battery lasts, but that's not a huge deal for me, as i have an outlet in my bathroom to charge easily. This device does everything i expected, & works great. I like the sonicare tios better, because they have a bit of rubber on them that i can sometimes touch my gums with to make sure I'm getting between my back teeth. The tios on this are just hard plastic, so i will need to learn to use them differently, or just keep using the sonicare tips for now. Edit 2 on 2/18/25: i updated the review a few minutes ago to say there was no charging light, but then i looked at the manual which says there is. So, i tried a different cable, & it does actually have charging lights (the same lights that tell which mode you're using). The cable i used was a USB-C on both ends, & is fast charging for my phone. I tried the USB-C with a USB-A end like the device comes with, & it actually does have a charge light, & i was mistaken. Sorry for not checking this before updating the review. The device is still working great, but i wasn't sure it had a "battery low" light, so i wanted to charge it (I've had my sonicare flosser run out of battery mid use, because i wasn't paying attention to the "battery low" light). It's been 1 month & it's still on the very first charge. I had to charge my sonicare at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes more frequently. The battery is amazing on this device. They also sent me some free replacement tips for registering the device for the warranty, so that's cool, & something potential customers should know, too.

What i really like about this flosser is the ability to adjust how hard the water comes out. I used the 'soft' setting & it worked very well. Cleaned between teeth, around teeth & didn't hurt. I'm hoping it will continue to clean the food debris well so when I brush my teeth, I'm not brushing the unseen debris deeper into teeth & gums.

First of all this thing is HUGE! I took a picture next to a regular 12 oz soda can for reference. I scrolled back to through the description and nowhere does it state the dimensions which in my mind is misleading. I’ve used a few brands of waterpiks over the years and they were all about the size of an electric toothbrush. It does hold 300ml of water but in my opinion that’s completely unnecessary. It’s bulky and awkward to use myself as a full grown adult and my 12 year old who is just learning to use a waterpik was certainly not comfortable with it. My older son complained that even on the soft setting the water pressure was too high (too powerful) for him making it uncomfortable. I disagree but it’s a matter of personal preference. He actually demonstrated by shooting the water down the hallway and it went approximately 15 ft. The noise level is moderate. Not quiet but not overly loud. I would definitely not purchase or recommend this product. In fact I’ll be returning the second one that I purchased which is still in its original packaging (I had ordered one for each son). I doubt i can return the open item but i definitely won’t be using it.

This was a great value and it operates well. I use it as a travel flosser and it fits in perfectly with my luggage as I travel. My only suggestion is LOL is to be sure the on button is not pressing against anything because then you can hear it running in your bag. It does hold a long charge it was great buy.
