Very nice but ... some damage upon delivery
The two cover corners on the smaller book were damaged, the cover material was nicked on both corners. The books are otherwise very nicely made and attractive. I'm really disappointed about the nicked corners though. The books were nicely packaged and each well wrapped, so the corners must have been damaged prior to packing and shipping.

beautiful boxes, but...
The boxes are beautiful and sturdy; however, despite what looked like excellent packaging, the corners were damaged and there were glue globs on the edges (which peeled off)

Real nice looking BUT there is one issue that worked out
Got them in early. Real nice looking BUT there is one issue that worked out. The smaller book is not the same as the bigger one. The smaller book is a science cover. It does work out because this is going for my oldest daughter. She is a birder and is going to college to be a teacher so the smaller book works out great. Was not expecting 2 different books but I like it. I took one star off because it is not completely what is shown in the picture.
