Handy to replace safety glasses at work
I love my helmet, and it came with a sunshade visor. When I'm working inside, it's too dark. So I purchased this one. Because it is ANSII compatible, I don't always wear safety glasses. I do if it's dusty or things flying in the air, because they don't sit close enough to the face to protect from things blowing in from the side.

Good value
2nd pair. Work well. Fit inside helmet nicely. Wrap around and cover eyes well. Good price for consumable ppe

No instructions for installation of visor!
Helmet and visor seems to be of good quality, no instructions to install visor was available, had to waste my time in figuring it out. Videos were to fast and less informative.

Don’t waste your hard earned money
Does not fit full brim hard hats. The arms that collapse down to fold the lenses feel like a plastic toy out of a cereal box. Don’t feel like tearing up the inside of my hardhat to attempt to install a cheap piece of garbage and you shouldn’t either.

Ream out the hole.
Like many others my visor would not fit into the hole.I use a 15 64th drill bit to widen the hole. Then I use a wide flat blade screwdriver to push it in to the hole. I put the visor in upside down at first and had to remove it that's why it looks a little chewed up. Definitely not falling out. Would have gave it five stars if I didn't have to do the work.

Safety required
So much more convenient than safety glasses. Product works as it should.

Tree trimmer review after 1 year
Cons - Scratch super easy, I wish it was just a little darker tint. Had to replace the visor once every 6-8 months. All in all I highly recommend it. Scratching and stuff just comes with the job. Could be a little more scratch resistant but I'll always have one on my hard hat.
