What's important to you when buying a Utilty or Craft knife?
Think of an American kraft knife like the Fiskars or Exacto. They have a cheap low quality but very sharp disposable blade, and have a long holder. What are you buying when you buy an American craft knife? You are buying a handle that can be re-used with cheap low quality blades. The Japanese craft knife (pennant knife) is the exact opposite of this. It is a high quality blade (also very sharp), that is very much able to be sharpened to keep it's edge, and very very little spent on the handle which is essentially folded brass. So my question is what do you prefer? a nicer handle with a cheap disposable blade? or a very good blade with a cheaper handle? Personally I much prefer a nicer blade as it makes the mudane tasks easier. I keep it around my desk as a "box cutter/package opener/utility knife". It has the added benefit of being super low profile (I've used it as a bookmark), So it's easily transportable to wherever you need it.

High end expensive razor blade
Compared to other Japanese style marking/utility knives this one has a thin blade 1mm and is not bimetallic nor hollow ground It is a very sharp and nicely finished razor blade

Good marking tool
Works well. I use it to make accurate marks on wood. The flat edge allows very accurate cuts. Blade is thick enough it doesn’t bend when cutting. The sheath has acquired a dent after usage but still works. The steel appears to be able to hold an edge well. I’m pleased with this knife.

Cool slim EDC knife
I really like this knife as it is thinnest knife you can possibly carry allowing for diverse concealed placement . Item is surprisingly durable and blade does not bend. It slices paper easily so it's sharp out of the box. Only complaint is that mine had a small dent or blemish in the brass. I asked Amazon to replace and I received exact same knife with exact same knick or dent same spot so it must be a bad batch. I kept it as is as it doesn't affect use and didn't want to do the return thing again.
