Excellent and versatile large pan
All-Clad items can be pricey, but in my experience they deliver what you pay for. This large 3-layer stainless steel plan is no exception. You can saute or fry in it, and it's great for pretty much anything that requires a large surface and uniform heat across the surface. Cleaning is easy especially if you allow some soak time with hot soapy water. (For any stubborn stains Bon Ami powder works great.) Finally, it's fully compatible with an induction cooktop, as you'd expect from the multi-layer All-Clad pots and pans.

Love this Sunday supper pan
This pan is labeled as a Sunday supper pan. But it has far more uses. My planned uses are for stir fry, paella, roasted vegetables, and for one pot meals. The pan is large, but not as heavy as it looks. This pan will be used many times. Especially during the holidays.

Really shipped direct from all-clad?
I love all-clad, but this didn’t seem to be the quality of my other pans. The lid had all weird scuff like marks all around it on arrival. The inside of the pan had a mark as well. There was no warranty card inside like there usually is. I mean it’s probably still a great pan when I get around to using it, but I’d expect better for the price.

Needed a big one, and this is it.
OK, premium bucks for a premium brand, but it is all quality. Very few pans of this size are available at any price.

It is a lifetime pan
A bit on the pricey end however, it should last a few lifetimes if cared for as a professional or good home cook would.

Exceptional professional cookware.
There is cookware that gets the job done and nothing more…… and then there is cookware that is truly world class and a thing of beauty. All Clad products fit into the second group. When you hear the brand All Clad, you know you’re getting the best of the best and their reputation is the highest. If you want top of the line professional Cookware that will impress as well as perform, then your choice will be All Clad. I’ve researched both Caraway and All Clad cookware and most sources agree that All Clad is superior. This pan is truly a thing of beauty. Gorgeous and shiny, this 3 ply stainless 7 Quart pan with lid will fry up your chicken, make your stir fry to perfection, or make a roast absolutely delicious.I love that it’s big enough to hold food for an entire large family and I love that I can put this pan right in the oven. It’s even broiler safe, which other pans can’t claim. There’s no long handles taking up room either in the oven or in your cabinet. The side handles are double riveted and I have no fear that they will loosen while I’m holding the pan. The hamburgers I cooked in this pan on my first use cooked evenly and cleanup was a breeze. If you are looking for professional cookware with superior durability that will not only last throughout your life but can even be passed down to your kids (yes, All Clad is that good), then add this beautiful piece to your cooking collection.

large, solid, assembled well
we have been using stainless steel for the last year or so and have had good results. getting this rounds out our selection of pots and pans for all the meal options we have regularly. the pan feels of good quality, nice and lightweight for handling large amounts of food, and has an even balance of heat across it. the lid fits well, and holds heat. the price is higher than i would normally consider, but if it doesn't warp then it seems worth it.
