Classic fairytale

The book arrived today & I’m so so pleased with it..... just how I remember it! I am buying these books to share with my 4yr old nephew, to show him the books I liked as a child. The condition of the book is gorgeous & I’m so excited to share it with him tomorrow. Thank you so much for making memories 😊

As expected - perfect condition

The book was 52 years old was a present for a 8 year old that will keep it and read it to his children.

I was initially pleased with the book, a nice facsimile of the original. But this mad pc world apparently extends to fairy stories now too! The original ending has been changed, he no longer tears himself in two! I loved the gruesome ending as a child. People need to toughen up, seriously 🙄

Good quality book. Glad to see it hasn't been re-written.

It is a 2015 reprint of the original book. Hence it was brand new. Thanks for helping me get one of my favourite childhood books again!

Awesome condition… but a bit of a weird story.
