The product is fine powder which makes it easy to mix with other ingredients. I purchased the product to combine with turmeric and cinnamon. The powder consistency combines well.

Really enjoyed the flavor
From everything I've read about Asafetida, only a pinch is needed. This brand says it's pure, but I had to use much more to get the flavor. I am trying the pure resin next to see if there is a difference. If it is the same, I will update my post
