Okay for serving in cups
This SoftServe machine meets our basic needs in a ice cream shop. The instructions are basic and don't include technical instructions for some of the fault conditions that occur. We find that even with the firmness setting turned all the way up, the ice cream is still too soft to go into a cone but can go into a cup. You need to make sure that you have combined 30 amps available in the outlet(s) that you plug the machine into.
