No issues, this part fit just like the original plastic part and shouldn't deteriorate over time when exposed to the heat cycles on the engine. It comes with two seals (one for each end), so this is another plus+.

I was a little skeptical on installing this off brand part on my rover as it’s a very important part and we do not want leaks. I replaced this as well as the water pump and haven’t had any issues. Part installs just the same as a plastic oem one.

This part is what rover should have installed in the first place. They chose to use a plastic part, which should have been aluminum. Replace this part when you replace the water pump.

Good replacement for the plastic factory part

resulted in a slow leak, had to use a scope to diagnose.. sure the rubber seals that this product ships with are brittle and one of them cracked upon installation. . The aluminum cast part looks good and accurate to size.
