After using them for a few weeks, I can say without a doubt these fiber gummies are the best I've tried. I especially like the size and they do not have added sugar. I tried originally because New Chapter is a reputable brand; I'm sticking with these because they are pleasant and effective.

I'm about 5 months pregnant and I bought this based on a recommendation from a friend who is also pregnant. I've been having constipation with the pregnancy so I decided to give it a try. Wow, it really works. I was skeptical because I've tried prune juice, metamucil, drinking water, exercising and nothing does the trick like that gummies. I take them with my prenatals and needless to say, I've been regular.

These taste great and help with regulation. However, I did notice I get much more bloated and gassy while taking them. I was taking it consistently for two months and was bloated and extra gassy the whole time. Once I stopped, I was no longer bloated and gassy but that might just be the nature of fiber. Otherwise it really helped with regulating
