My daughter and I both suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. We bought this to go in our “panic kit” that we pull out when we’re having anxiety or at the beginning of a panic attack to keep it from escalating further. It’s a little bigger than what I thought it would be, and soft and smooth to the touch. It has two different breathing options, comes with a usb cord for charging, and the colors are bright enough to see during the day or at night. It’s been a lifesaver.

Wonderful addition when meditating and a calming visual with the lights when doing breathwork alone or with clients needing to be guided with the breath in countdown and the exhale countdown feature.
