I have received this product. It was packaged very well. The product is also sturdy. If anyone is considering this product, I would definitely recommend it to them.

Product is good but should give ring stand for that without this it's very difficult handle without this ring stand chances of breaking

Cracked product, they didn't return & refund for a damaged product I got

Got it just today and decided to prepare dal. Though it took much longer to cook the taste was great. Afterwards when I was washing it, I noticed the ring created due to the heat at the bottom, revealing the original red color of clay pots. Now, the doubt, the company claims that this black color is not a coating but a way of craftsmanship that gives the product the black color. But if thats true the inner layer should also have been black right!? Other than that the product is fine. I hope it's durable, will know after a months of use.

Handi was leaking at the bottom.
