This is the second time I bought this computer. The first time, the fan was extremely noisy. I contacted Minisforum in Hong Kong via email and they were quite responsive. I was concerned about warranty if I tried to fix it. After several emails, they said they don't have repair facilities in the states but they would send me a new fan to install myself and they would extend the full warranty for 2 years. So all would have been good but it took about a week for the several emails back and forth and I had already sent it back to Amazon. After two or three more weeks, while the unit was apparently returned to Hong Kong, I re-ordered it and this one is nice and quiet. It has a fast CPU and SSD, which is what I was after and I benchmarked it at 71 percentile compared to all the computers in the world. Not great, but pretty good for the price, I think.

Very good performance, but the unit is unstable. About 50% of the time, reboots lead to an "automatic recovery." When I finally get the system to boot normally, checking the Windows event log, no abnormalities show.I've had this unit too long to return, but I should have sent it back within Amazon's 30 day window. It had this problem going back to day one. My mistake. :(

Cheap but so powerful computer.

Bought this after consulting with a few of my tech friends about a new PC. I originally wanted to build a PC, but between budget and my inexperience building computers, I landed on MiniPCs instead. I do both gaming and video editing and this little guy has been amazing for me. I've had it for about a year and haven't had to expand anything despite loading this thing up with a ton of games and software. The size alone is such a great factor as someone who doesn't have a lot of space at my work desk. I think if I had to give one complaint, the fan can get noisy sometimes, but only sometimes, and considering overheating is such a huge risk factor MiniPCs, I'd rather it'd be working overtime than not at all. That said, it's never gotten hot to the touch, or even warm to be honest. Truly a great little PC for people who need higher spec computers but don't have the budget, time, or skills to go building their own. I recommend MiniPCs, specifically MinisForum, to all my friends now.

The media could not be loaded. This computer is powerful but has a LOT of problems. It shuts off periodically to he point where I’m scared to do major projects without saving everytime an edit is made. Horrible service for the AMD & bugfixers it says theres nothing wrong with the pc when there is clearly a problem. I’m currently waiting to save for a real gaming pc. But unfortunately, I need one for work and can’t return this until my nee pc is delivered.

I bought this primarily as a basic gaming system. I play some steam and battle net games on this and they run great! It boots quickly, the graphics are pretty decent and it runs everything smoothly. I would highly recommend this item.

If your just wanting to surf the net this computer is excellent. It is easy to set-up. If you want the computer to do anything requiring theProcessor to work hard forget it. The processor overheats and shuts down. Very annoying.
