Renew Life Ultimate Flora Adult Ultimate Care Probiotic, 150 Billion, 30 Caps (Package May Vary)

Bought this to replace a 90 Billion probiotic I was previously taking but is now hard to find. This was a perfect replacement.

My daughter has been taking this for a few to clear up some leaky gut issues. She has tolerated it well!

To begin, i have had issues with my stomach for years, severe bloating, stomach pains. I have tried avoiding certain foods but have not been disciplined enough to avoid all sugars, fats, dairy. etc. Yes, i agree with the experts that by going gluten-free, sugar free and pretty much a diet of mostly vegatables would considerably help, but why live your life without enjoying some of your favorite foods or have soda here and there. I have taken every imaginable prescription proton pump inhibitor (prevacid, etc) and have had multiple endoscopes. I felt helpless and started doing research on what i can do to help with this problem, which it was because i felt uncomfortable eating my favorite foods and when i did, my stomach blew up and i had hard time breathing and even bending over to tie my shoes. I am in decent shape and I work out. and by no means is obese or have a history of bad health. I feel i am like any other 30+ year old working and living my life with my family. What changed was I was looking up what new drugs are out there to help with my stomach and I came across a advertisement on bad and good bacteria in your stomach or like the advertisement said your good and bad gut bacteria. The article talked about probiotics and how it helps balance out all the "bad" bacteria in your stomach. I started doing some additional research and although i tried a probiotic before (although i admit half-hearted and didnt look at what type i was taking) i read that there are different types of probiotics but the most powerful ones are the ones with the most live capsule (in billions) and different bacteria strains. When i googled top rated probiotics i came across Ultimate Flora. Based on the majority of positive reviews i read, i was still skeptical. The price was high although it was still cheaper then GNC with a membership card. I started taking the probiotics once a day and have tried to somewhat cut down on sugars, and tried i guess to watch what i eat. My results were pros and cons. Con: It cost about $46 and not covered by insurance. Thats it from i've experienced so far. Pros: My stomach has never felt better. Drastic change and it feels great. I am not burping all the time, i am not bloated after every meal, I am not scared to eat. I feel more energetic and now feel if I really work hard to watch what i eat I can feel 100% again and really get back to being in top shape. I absolutely recommend this probiotic and tell anyone considering it, what do you have to lose by trying one bottle. If i forgot to mention, i am still on my first bottle, the results were immediate for me and will be buying another, perhaps look online to see if i can get a better discount but the brand will stay the same. If your like me and are tired of feeling like crap after eating, or bloated and burping all day after a simple meal then try this out.

I started with 200 billion package one for 7 days first before I followed up with this 150 billion one. I think this stuff is working. This product got rid of my body order (minimized to so little smell) that I was suffering for 20 years.... it's crazy! I'm not using deodorant now. Not only this made me poo better, I lost belly and cravings for a lot of junk food. I am not craving for sweet food, or fried food. I don't care about it anymore. Also it got rid of my inflamation in my body. Weight on scale didn't change much but my appearance changed a lot. But I had A LOT of unpleasant side effects, I had headache, dizziness, sore throats, runny nose, watery stool, I had to stop and take break for 1-2 days because of too much side effects. I had Plyrori bacteria in stomach and went through 14 day antibiotics treatment twice before and plyrori didn't die. So I gave up 2 years ago. I'm going to check on that later and update the review later to see if probiotics took care of it or not. Right now I am taking 150 billion one (40 strain one) from the same brand. My skin complexion is better and I feel like my stomach got smaller... I get full so easily... can't over eat. It's weird it almost feel like I had gastric bypass surgery because my stomach gets full really quick and I really can't eat dessert.

I love these for gut health. I’ve been taking probiotics for at least 6 years and my body can handle this strength. I usually rotate between 50, 80 and 100 billion, but saw these at wholefoods on sale and got them. I love them. They help with bloating and keeping me regular. I usually take them in the am with a super light breakfast. My doc says everyone should be taking a probiotic at least 50 billion or higher and with at least 10 different strains. Ask your doc first. Probiotics are good bacteria that help keep a balance in your gut from the bad bacteria depending on what you need it might be beneficial for you to look up different strains to make sure you’re getting what you need for from the probiotic. For example; L. Gasseri is good for vaginal and bowel health so if you want vaginal and bowl health, you’d make sure your probiotic has this strain in it. I hope this helps. :-) I give them 4 stars because they’re pretty pricey for only a 30 day supply.

Awesome! Be careful where purchased. These are incredibly effective. This probiotic contains strains that others do not and contains most of the strains recommended in the book, Brain Maker, by David Perlmutter. My experience (maybe TMI for some of you): Note: I had not been taking a probiotic prior to starting the 1st bottle. I purchased the 1st bottle from an "herb" website, not on Amazon, who sent it in an ice pack. Within 4-5 days after consuming, my stool length doubled (I normally go twice per day) and eliminating was almost without effort. The stools were well formed and not messy, so "clean-up" was much easier. If you don't know what a healthy stool is supposed to look like, I recommend watching the video on Mama Natural. The odorous smell that normally occupancies elimination also decreased, which surprised me since I didn't think anything could do that. I purchased the 2nd bottle (cheaper price) from an Amazon vendor and did not have the results of the 1st bottle. I went back to the “herb” website to purchase my 3rd bottle and started receiving the same results as the 1st bottle. Bottom line: this product is perishable and though it doesn’t require refrigeration during shipment, it does require refrigeration during storage whether at the store or at your home. I’m willing to pay the slightly higher price to get a product that works. I have Irritable Bowel Syndrom (IBS), an auto immune disease, and multiple food/environmental allergies. Learning that the gut is considered the 2nd brain started me on a quest to heal my gut (I suspect leaky gut syndrome). A highly recommend the book titled, Hashimoto Thyroditis-Root Cause co-authored by Izabella Wentz PharmD as her approach deals with ferreting out the root cause/solutions for this auto immune disease and her approach deals with the leaky gut syndrome which is found to be a problem in 90% of suffers of auto immune diseases. Of course, starting on a good probiotic is one of her recommendations.

This has made a huge difference in mine and my husband's lives. My husband had horrible problems with GERD. He has been on numerous different medicines that his doctor prescribed to try to help many of them haven't helped at all, some have helped a little but none of them have really made a difference. I worry often about what kind of long term damage all the acid regurgitation is doing to his throat. I read that a few other were having some relief by starting a strong probiotic regime and figured what the heck it can't hurt especially since it is a natural product. He has been in the Renew Life Ultimate Flora for about 2 weeks now and he swears he is having less problems now that he has had in many years. The additional benefit for him is that the rash has has had on his arms for about 3 years now is clearing after he started using this too. We have seem several doctors included 3 different dermatologists. Each has had their own opinion of what it was and what to to to cure it but none of them have worked. I have read about leaky gut and thought maybe it was a part of the problem. After the last 2 weeks of this medicine his arms are clearing and look better than they have looked in a really long time. I also started taking this medicine at the same time as my husband because I can struggle with constipation. After about 4 days my "irregular schedule" started to kind of level out and after 2 weeks I am a different version of regular than I have ever been. You never really realize how much your gut and the bacteria in it really affect your body until your body is just not running right and you do something to turn it around. Renew Life Ultimate Flora has definitely turned it around for my husband and myself. I am so very glad I found this product and can help us both be able to live life better and be healthier. I would definitely recommend, this to anyone but most certainly to anyone who has any sort of digestive issues or who has taken lots of pain relievers or antibiotics. It can change your life for sure.

I used to like these but they changed the packaging and now it includes a strongly scented orange cylinder which leeches into the probiotic capsules and gives them a strong fabric softener smell which you can almost taste. I ended up throwing half of the bottle away.
