It is the worse product received in my entire life , one valve was damaged condition, seats are missing, I paid again to replace the valve

I used this product for cooking in my kitchen. This product helped me in time management and overall the product is good

Always gets damaged easily..had to replace value and someother stuffs frequently and it also requires service which cost 800 every 6 months

Return problem not solve by the seller and not supporting by Amazon.

We requested for a normal service to clean the entire thing. They said there is gas leakage and filters need to be changed. Cost to do this is 12k. Seriously expensive. My suggest is do not ever buy things which drills a hole in your granite/kitchen top. Instead buy simple stove tops and can be replaced if cost shoots up while it needs a repair. Paying 1/4th the cost to repair each time is a joke !!

Really good flame,,and build quality ,,usinig it since last 3 yrs,,no issues till date…nob quality very good..i would suggest to do servicing via faber company,,they take proper care of your hob,,do a very good servicing thrice a yr,,this improving lifespan of your product… must purchase if your budget allows…everything is good in this hob

Burner very expensive for replacement and need to replace 2-3 years if you are cooking daily. Not worth buying. Rs 2000-3000 for each burner set replacement
