The curved silicone makes it easy for insertion, and the circular handle works great too! I have a very tight pelvic floor and have never been able to use tampons. I'm making so much progress with these and I feel a lot more comfortable in my body. I found that the different sizes increase at a good rate. When switching to the next size up, I didn't feel too intimated and felt like a natural progression. They are very easy to clean and store as well! Suggestions for use: I recommend using relaxing music (headphones enhance the experience) and plenty of lube. Watch some youtube videos on how to use dilators, they will give you info on how to breathe and the best positions. Remember to take your time and there is no rush at all!

I have issues with pelvic pain and I'm working with a physical therapist. I like the gradual sizing usually depending on my pain. I have to do these treatments for Pelvic Floor Disfunction, at home a few days a week to keep the pelvic floor stabilized. Highly recommend if you have PFD! Use with a bit of lube and go slow

It's definitely shaped in a way for easy insertion which helped with my personal infliction. However each size seems to be dramatically different maybe that's my personal issue just seems like it wouldn't be helpful from one step to the next. Lastly and most importantly I cannot be for sure but I believe there may be some latex like trace amounts in the product. Because my hands don't break out when I handle them but I seem to be having a reaction when I use them. I've had these for maybe a year only worked up the courage to use them 3 times first time was such a disaster I thought maybe it was just irritation from trying to insert it. Since I was discouraged and didn't try again for some months I didn't think anything of it. When I came back around I had an easier time inserting but still had some irritation. The next time I tried it and the irritation started again the dots connected at that point. I could use a non latex condom I guess but I wouldn't have purchased the product if one I knew about the latex and two if it was going to cost me additional money with every use!

Didn't notice any sort of odor and they have so far been working as expected/supposed to. Are easy to clean, comes with small bag for storage which is nice (don't want something like this getting dusty!) all in all feel it was worth the price, decent quality Serves it's purpose at a fraction of the price as other sets.

Was expecting them to be bigger and sturdier. They are soft af and waaay smaller than what we wanted. If your goal is to up a size from what you already have. Go with a different product. If you want a softer dilator then those might be for you
