I took a risk and bought this watch before handling it in the metal and seeing it first hand on my 7.25" wrist. The watch lived up to my expectations. The watch exceeds manufacturers stated accuracy and I'm running about 4 seconds ahead/day. The watch quality is fantastic and a great value. The watch design is classic dive watch, is highly legible due to the ice blue lumed hands. The size and thickness are great for me. If you have a wrist larger than 7.25", this watch example may not be for you. The light weight resulting from using titanium may give you the feeling of cheapness, particularly with the clasp. I think soon you'll grow accustomed to the decreased weight, appreciate this attribute, and the potential perception of cheapness will diminish allowing you to appreciate what the watch offers and delivers. I love the muted color of the metal, the bezel, and the dial. In short, great watch and a wonderful choice as your only watch or an addition to a collection. This watch, to me, is not versatile enough to be a one and done as it really doesn't fit my characteristics to serve as a "formal/dress" watch. If that isn't a concern, this may server as your one and done.

Excellent titanium diver watch. Good build quality, accurate (+3-4 seconds per day), lightweight for daily comfort, fit for the purpose, doesn't hurt as much when it gets dinged/scratched compared to it's more high-end counterparts. Only 2 nitpicks: - Bezel has 0.5mm of play after using it a few times (doesn't bother me, just noteworthy) - Bracelet - it has male end links that extend the length beyond the lugs a few millimeters - not an issue in and of itself and it flows with the lug curvature; however, it doesn't curve down enough to make it "drape" more on the wrist like a female end link would; Only 2 micro adjust holes on the clasp; Uses split-pins for sizing

I received a watch that was clearly previously opened and tried on. The protective wrap was removed, and it was obvious the watch had been handled before. However, it was sold and advertised as brand new. For a $1,000 watch, this is completely unacceptable. If I’m paying full price for a new item, I expect it to arrive in truly new, untouched condition. I’ve initiated a return, but now I’m being told I have to wait up to a month for a refund. That’s extremely frustrating, especially given that the issue was not caused by me. Very disappointed with this experience.

The titanium construction is extremely lightweight. The smaller dial size will fit perfectly on smaller wrists and the dial is fantastic with the blue luminescence on the slate colored dial and bezel. This is a good value for a titanium dive watch with a solid movement.

Comfortable band. First few weeks it was extraordinarily accurate, but it has seemed to settle into average Swiss watch timepiece accuracy for this price point. +/- a few seconds a day. Wish it had a cyclops for date magnification.

To find a 38mm, ISO 6425 certified, Swiss made, automatic, that is resistant to magnetic fields (Nivachron), shock resistant (DS), with a titanium case and bracelet from a reputable company for under $800 is an anomaly! I kept looking at this watch and saw the price fluctuate from the mid $900s down to the high $700s. Sometimes the listing did not mention “new”, and one or two reviews say that their new watch was possibly used. Amazon even had a warning that this item was frequently returned. I was hesitant, but couldn’t pass up the deal. I even took a picture of the “buy new” listing at the low price just incase I needed it for return purposes. To my great relief, mine arrived in the original packaging, with the warranty card, ISO verification card, quick start guide, and a nice Certina branded pouch. The tape was already cut on the Certina box, but I assume that was so that Amazon could verify the box contents before shipping. This watch is beautiful, well made, and fits perfectly on my small wrist (6.5in). It is rugged enough to stand up to everyday wear, yet it has a classic look that will complement even the dressiest attire. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!

This watch is so good looking on wrist. It truly photographs dark and most of the photos online made me think it would be too dark but in person it’s stunning and much lighter. Hopefully the photo helps. Super high quality, incredibly comfortable, easy to adjust, and the bezel rotation is too satisfying. 100% recommend.

I was excited to buy this watch after realizing that Amazon is an AD for Certina. Tried buying both the Titanium diver and the DS2 turning bezel which were heavily discounted for a new watch compared to Teddy. Both turned out to be a disappointment. DS2 came with no tags and warranty card and obvious signs of use. Titanium one appeared to be new but unwrapping had scratches on both strap and lug.i do see from ups that it’s shipping from vendor directly. So this is clearly Certina trying to push out open box and lightly used watches without verifying as a new watch! Complete disappointment.
