Used whilst away for 3 weeks and had a neighbour going in daily- due to constant connectivity to the WiFi- the batteries ran down really quickly so use the mains lead. Batteries are for power cuts only. But great I can drop snacks / food wherever needed. Compact and unobtrusive. The feed plan has to be set daily - which is my only gripe. Great product for the price.

This feeder is a game-changer for both me and my cat! Setup was super easy, thanks to the Tuya/SmartLife app. Within minutes, I had it connected to Wi-Fi and integrated with Google Home. Now I can feed my cat with a simple voice command or schedule meals remotely if I'm away—talk about living in the future!The portion control feature is spot-on, and my cat has stopped giving me the "I’m starving" glare at 3 a.m. The feeder’s design is sleek and holds plenty of kibble, keeping it fresh and secure from prying paws. Bonus points for the app notifications when it dispenses food—nothing like getting an alert saying, "Your cat has been served."Overall, it’s reliable, easy to use, and has genuinely made life easier for me and more consistent for my furry friend. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take the guesswork (and guilt) out of feeding time. Five stars!

I found the complete lack of understandable instructions absolutely infuriating!! It took me over two hours to set this up. Firstly trying to connect the cat feeder to the internet was a nightmare as the instructions state to connect to 2.4 internet not 5G. What the hell?? I have no idea what this means or how to find the information. After numerous attempts it finally detected the feeder and connected it!Secondly the App was so hard to make sense of as the instructions in the box do not use the same words as the app itself so when it’s telling you to click on something it isn’t there!! Trying to set up a feeding plan was frustrating. I was adding things just to find out what it meant. Then the plan was full!! The only way to start again was to reset the whole thing which literally takes you back to connecting the feeder to the internet again! Arrrghhhhhhh.I even tried You Tube to find any videos of how to set it up but it was all the big brand name ones. I very nearly returned the item and bought one that had a set up video to help me! But finally I managed to do it. Over 2 hours it took me to figure it out!An example is “select number of copies as needed”!!! Yes it actually says that on the app! What it means is portions, select the size of the portion you require. All in all it’s very confusing. In future I’ll pay the extra tenner for a big brand one that uses real English on its app and has help videos available!To be fair once it’s set up it works perfectly. But I wouldn’t recommend it just because it’s confusing to set up. Oh and the cat had knocked it on its side within 5 minutes trying to get the biscuits out. It now has a bag of cat litter on top of it.

I have two small and two large WiFi-enabled feeders and find them invaluable. Fill the hopper, set up your pets portion sizes and the number and times of meals per day and even record a message. My cats knew the time and were like pin balls at feed drop times there waiting before one bit of kibble had even bounced on the stainless steel bowl surface. The bowl is at the correct feed angle and the removable stainless steel bowl dish washable for hygiene. Perfect for busy household or if you have to be away from home!I was actually against these for a long while but, one cat had put on soooo much weight after a spay just as she gave birth. 4 years later and we’d tried everything to shift that unhealthy weight. Auto feeding did the trick and helped her reduce to a much more healthy weight. If you’ve a food orientated pet, take yourself out of the equation, set this up with appropriate food /meal sizes and times and see your pet back to health! Highly recommended.

This was so easy to setup. Surprised at the good quality, great size with a generous food capacity. Cheap for what it is and great value for money

Is really very good. Portions look to be very consistent. Nice design. Cat can't break into it too easily. However it constantly disconnects from the WIFI. Have to power it on and off to get back online. This doesn't affect the feeding schedules programmed in, but annoying especially if you are away from home. Blue light flashes when it is disconnected.
