I have had this water heater for approx 2 months. So far it has worked great with no issues. It was fairly easy to install per my significant other. We had to do some adjustments in my laundry room to make it work. My old water heater wasn’t quite this big. I’m loving it. Last install ordered the wrong size water heater for my house some limped around with a water heater for 5 years before I finally was sick of the heater and the hoops we had to jump through to get it work. I’m very happy with this purchase. I haven’t done anything with the WiFi ability on this as of yet.

It doesn’t have all the parts so you need to purchase pieces individually. It is less expensive to pay more and purchase a complete unit. However, I am completely satisfied with the installed unit as my bills have dropped significantly and I have plenty of hot water.

Purchased to replace existing tankless water heater same brand just an upgrade in models everything was pretty much the same with hoses and venting. I would recommend having someone else there to help attach to the wall. It took me and a friend about 2 1/2 hours to remove and install new tankless heater. Amazon had the best pricing and quickest delivery that I could find online next day by noon. Hopefully this tankless hot water lasts longer than the previous that lasted 9 years.

Had to replace the whole vent run nothing showed this prior to purchase. Vent run was not local and had to be ordered taking a lot longer to install. Considering this tank will be obsolete the end of the year because of regulations. works well since installed.

Easy to install DIY and heats up fast and stays hot. Highly recommend. Had for over 6 months so far. Had another Rheem tankless heater for 13 years.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. This is a great tankless water heater. Do your research and if u are not handy, call a pro because this needs hooked up to water, gas, electricity and intake/exhaust venting. Great value and performance. Makes a bit of noise from the internal fan, but only hear it in the utility room.
