My cats love this fountain. The large tank provides them cool fresh water for several days, but the best part of this fountain is the customer service. I clean the the bowl, check the filter and clean the pump every time that I refill. This last time, the pump would not restart. I contacted the company and a lovely person promptly responded. She suggested that I clean the pump. When I told her that I already did this, she shipped me a new pump with a two year warranty. They have the best customer service for a good product.

Overall I'm unsure whether I received a poor unit or the quality of the unit is poor, however it definitely wasn't as expected. First of all its a very quality piece apart from its motor, good metal and all. For us the water pump broke within 2 days. It definately looks stylish. Your experience may be very different however be mindful, the original fountain from cat it is extremely reliable.

My cats liked the one of this that I got that I ended up getting a second one. I liked that it came with extra filters (although the second one I got shorted me one filter). It holds a lot of water that works well for my multiple cats to the point it can last multiple days before it's time for me to refill it. It's quiet until the water level gets low, it's easy to clean, and does very well at filtering out hair and debris.
