I used this for a toothache, not caused by any decay, just a sensitive nerve with a shallow filling. It calmed the nerve down after a flare up when I was being bad and chewing ice. It took about a full week to transition fully off Tylenol 3 Rx. But it worked great, for 3 days I only used this and then I no longer needed any pain meds. Highly recommend. Talk to your dentist 1st. yes I give to my dog / I take a heavy flat metal kitchen utenstil / put the Homeopathics in a folded scott towell and pound it into powder and then add it to their yogurt of on food. no more spitting out the Homeopathic. works like a charm no matter what size the homeopathic size

They are a sublingual tablet and and dissolve very easily and are great for muscle aches — I have used them for many years and I am very happy with all their products
