Love these sardines they're are excellent!
Excellent sardines! Thick fillets in a light olive oil. I have one can as a snack on Club crackers or buttered toast, simple and delicious! Keto diet friendly. Two cans is actually a very filling meal. Dr. Boz (Annette Bosworth, MD) mentioned sardines are 3-4 times the Omega 3s than tuna. Well packaged too.

Meaty, Super Flavorful, High Quality, Packed With Flavor
These sardines are meaty, super flavorful and perfectly skinless and deboned. I got the mild red pepper flavor and, to me, these sardines are way more than mild. They pack a bit of heat! They are delicious but I can’t share them with my baby niece. Anyway, for meaty sardines that are high quality and pack a huge punch of flavor, these are it. These are the one.

Some of the most delicious sardines I’ve ever had!! Very mildly spicy. Excellent flavor! Doesn’t stink up my area at work when I eat them. So glad I found these. I eat sardines every day.

Great taste but sometimes they are moist & soft and sometimes they are dry and hard.
I really like the flavor of these but the consistency of them is lacking. The first time I had one at my friends house, it was nice and moist and tasted great so I ordered a dozen. When I got them, the first one I had was dry and hard so I was very disappointed. It took a while for me to eat another but then I was surprised to find it was moist and soft and like the first one I had. I've eaten about 10 so far and it's about 1 good one for every 1 hard dry one. They are cheaper than other sardines so I'm not complaining too much and the flavor is still good I just wish the consistency was better. If they were all soft and moist, I'd order them again without hesitation.

Never thought I’d eat a sardine!
I never thought I’d eat a sardine until I found these! No skin or bones! I drain the oil out, add soy sauce and have an easy, yummy, high protein snack!!
