Not completely compatible with Motorola radios as claimed. Motorola radios have a VOX feature (voice activated transmission) allowing you to simply talk into the microphone to transmit, without needing to press the PTT button each time. But you still have to have the radio near your mouth for the mic to pick up your voice. I bought these specifically to use VOX when you can't use your hands to hold the radio (such as when climbing, when you might put the radio in your pocket with the earpiece under your helmet and the microphone attached to your chin strap) However they won't work with VOX as you still have to press the PTT button on headset microphone to transmit, which defeats the purpose. Neither is it convenient or discreet for other uses as the description says, since you are still pressing a button every time you need to talk. (The person who answered my question obviously did not understand what I was asking)

Fantasic customer services very fast 3 broke so they sent 3 to replace them great quality I will be ordering again very easy to use and they work great in clubs I can hear perfectly so can my staff
