No complaints so far.Perfect for everyday tea making.Chose this mainly for color to match our kitchen aesthetic and also can be boiled on electric induction. Packaging could have bee so kuch better though.No bubble wraps.just the flkmsy box and polymailer. Let’s see if it’s worth the price👍🏻

The bottom was not in shape. I needed one and hence decided not to return.

Bad product due to leaks
The product is expensive for a kettle but the quality is not good. The metal used for the kettle body and base is very thin and overall the build quality is very frail. After using for just 3 weeks, water has started leaking from the bottom where the bottom plate joins the kettle body. In addition to this there is no warranty on the product , hence no choice but to throw away the product since the leakage happened after the return window closed. Avoid buying
