These are vegetarian which is a must for me. They taste more like a real chewy sweet that many other gummies, they are very sweet, indeed sugar is the largest ingredient. Double sealed on the outer and inner rim and with a nearly 2 year use by date for a two month supply there should be no issues using them in time. No details of actual country of manufacture, just that they are a UK supplier. I found the label very difficult to read without using my phone to magnify it, a mixture of very small font size and the quality of the white print on the blue label. Time will tell if they make a difference but they are pleasant to take so I don’t forget which is half the battle.

I really was impressed with the texture and taste of these gummies. I bought them to help my nails and hair. I had an issue with my nails after using gel nail polish and picking it off. These gummies seem to have helped my nails grow faster and healthier. Would recommend.

I have been taking this product for around 1 month and I did see that my hair was better and my nails grew faster and my skin looked better, however, I ended up in hospital with mild concussion after blacking out and falling head first into my bedroom wall! Hospital said it was due to low blood sugar. This product contains biotin that can drastically reduce blood sugar and is not to be taken daily! Three weeks later I am still suffering lightheadedness and neck problems so I will NOT be buying again ...please be careful

I am always willing to try this type of item as someone who tries to look after their health. I can not really notice any difference in my overall health but I have to admit the gummies have a very nice taste. Easy to chew and tasty so no hardship to take everyday. Two gummies are recommended everyday to get the full nutrients (1 month supply). I appreciate this may be a little expensive for many families and I am not sure it is something I would do in the future.

My hair is in a dreadfully dry and in a thinning state, I’m a lady of a certain age where hormones are playing havoc with my hair and nails. I decided to give these a try as I only had something to gain, they are a decent size and come in a large quantity two months supply, they taste lovely so no problem in taking them. I have taken them religiously every day since they arrived and have not taken any other vitamins or supplements as well as used any other hair products to combat dry thinning hair, after three weeks my nails have begun to grow and are much much stronger, my hair is beginning to look less dry as is my scalp, my hairdresser commented on my hair feeling better than it has in a while don’t get me wrong it’s not a miracle I haven’t developed luscious locks of hair but I believe in time the combination of vitamins in these gummy’s will re balance whatever caused my hair to become so brittle so I will continue taking them and because of the improvement I have seen with my own eyes I would recommend taking them to any man or woman.

Disapointed they don't give a breakdown of which vitamins and minerals they contain and they also contain Palm oil.
