I love working with resin, I have so many silicone molds that sometimes it's hard to decide what I'm going to make on any given day. One of the most popular things I make is the mini birds and this selection makes for some very interesting items. There's something for everyone, iridescent, glittery, bright and oh, so very beautiful. They're easy to blend with the resin, either a little of a lot. Sometimes I use a paintbrush to coat the inside of the molds for an interesting, more controlled look. The price is so reasonable that even I can afford it. If you craft with resin, this mica powder is phenomenal!

Nice mica! A few of the colors are especially beautiful. My favorites are: -White, which is sooooo pearlescent and shimmery, it would be great for representing snow on winter decorations. -Firework red. Usually I don't like red that much, but this one... *chef's kiss* it's just soooo pretty.

Very nice variety of beautiful colors including chameleons. A little mica adds rich color. Works well with UV resin as long as the resin remains somewhat translucent (don't use too much mica) and layers are kept relatively thin. Good value.

used it to make for a giant rose as a gift and due to it being pipe cleaners, i needed a way to color them and this proved to be a great way to put color and a good spectrum of color as it shades. I’ve haven’t tried any other besides dry rubbing and spreading but the powder quantity is certainly great. I do have to point out that you would need a good solid workspace as it does get to places u can’t imagine.

I originally bought these to add color to soap that I was making for wedding favors. It works okay for that purpose, but you really need to use a lot of it to get a strong color for a large quantity of soap. But after that, I found an even better purpose. I am a nail-art hobbiest. These work amazingly well as pigment powder to enhance gel polish. I don't mix it in -- I brush it on. And it takes very little to work very well. Last night, I was making press-on nails for someone's alma mater, and the base color needed to be yellow. I have a lot of gel polish, but I don't have yellow. I pulled out the yellow powder, and voila -- you would never know that the gel polish used wasn't yellow to begin with. Plus, these mica powders have a lovely shimmer. Plus, once I brush the color on, it stays on. It becomes part of the nail color -not just resting on top, which makes it a great medium to do nail art over. Good stuff.

My daughter has her own slime making company and she's found these to be the best colored powders for her creations! The color assortment is great and it's a fantastic value for the money.
