First, Herbal Essence received a good review from a site that rates a variety of hair products and whether they're chemically safe to use. Second, the price I pay for this size bottle here is the price that's charge for a smaller bottle at the stores in my area. I not only bought the shampoo, but the conditioner also. Wonderful scent, deep cleans the hair and the conditioner softens your hair making it easy to deranged before that last rinse.

I love the scent because it is not overwhelming. I also love the way my hair turned out after using this. My hair was soft and my scalp was not irritated. I used Herbal Essences many years ago, but this particular one is much gentler. Love it!

I absolutely love this shampoo! It smells so good and doesnt dry out my hair. I used to use it back in the day and I didnt know they still made it! The bottle is huge and will last a long time. Its a little expensive but worth every penny! My hair feels great!

Bought this mostly because it has less chemicals than other brands. The lather is huge with just a small amount of shampoo. Signs of new hair growth is visible so that’s a plus. I have fine, thin, menopausal hair that typically gets greasy fast. I haven’t seen the greasiness using this. I’ll continue to use and look for healthier hair. If it looks good, I’ll buy again.

Shampoo herbal sin sulfato y con miel muy bueno. Limpia bien sin resecar el cabello y deja el pelo suave, con brillo y un olor agradable. Se siente gentil en el cuero cabelludo, ideal para uso diario. Desde que lo uso noto el cabello más manejable y saludable. Buena calidad y lo recomiendo, especialmente si buscas un shampoo sin sulfatos.

Feels nice and smells nice but it didn’t feel like it cleaned my hair. Had a lot of trouble with leftover oil in the hair

I’m in my 50s and my hair wasn’t as greasy when I was a teenager as it has been for the last couple of years. I read one review on this shampoo. Someone told her that her hair was oily because her scalp was dry and that was the scalps way of trying to correct the problem. She said this helped her so I gave it a try. The first use and the oiliness was much improved. I have no problem with it at all now. I can actually go more than one day without having to wash my hair. My hair is clean and lighter so it feels and looks thicker. It smells a bit like apricots. I prefer the smell of the camomile shampoo but the smell of this isn’t very strong so I have no problem with it. It lathers very easily. I find myself rinsing longer than I probably need to because it kind of feels like there is a residue of the shampoo in it but once I towel dry it a bit, that feeling goes away. I love this shampoo. We live on a farm. My hair gets a lot of dirt in it. I usually feel like I need to wash it twice but it gets clean the first time with this shampoo. I’m just hoping they don’t stop making it now. Have you noticed when you find a product that is perfect for your needs, the makers change it or stop making it? Please don’t stop making this. It’s taken me too many years to find the perfect shampoo!

Thought this was the normal sized one I regularly buy. This thing is huge! Will probably last me 2 years 😂

This is the best shampoo I've ever tried! To be fair, I used to be the person who bought Pantene and didn't think twice about the brand of shampoo or the contents. I thought all shampoo was the same. And omg was I wrong!! This stuff is awesome, my hair doesn't get poofy and dry at the tips and then greasy at the roots, my hair looks amazing and I don't even need to wash my hair now for at least 4 days before it really looks greasy. It makes my hair look shiny and silky. I have really thick hair and it did not make it poof at all. I'm in love with my new hair!

Smells nice. Conditions hair. Whats else do you need it to do? Build you a house from the ground up?
