I first noticed this wonderful tool being used by chef Eduardo Garcia on his show Big Sky Kitchen and finally was able to make out the name! I really wanted to try this beautiful, functional spatula and ordered it immediately when I found it was offered on Amazon. I have not been disappointed, it's as versatile and functional as I'd imagined it would be...even more so. I've been using mine over 2 years and it's still like new. It will break apart ground meat better than the tool designed to do that and doesn't require pounding or exerting your wrist at all. It will flip veggies one at a time or a scoop full, it scrambles eggs and flips pancakes effortlessly. This is truly an all purpose kitchen accessory. It will level your cup of flour with a quick swipe on its side or swipe your chopped onion off the cutting board to the pan. I even use mine to measure when I'm rolling out doughs, I'm sure little one inch markings could easily be incorporated. The really beautiful, lightweight tool cleans up easily and they give you a little sander to use before you oil it when you purchase. When I used it the first time, it was like it had been made to fit my hand perfectly. I adore this spatula as you've probably guessed by now. I've bought them for my daughters and granddaughters and they love the spatula as much as I do. If you cook you will appreciate this tool and its endless uses, from the chopping meat to decorating pie dough with the curved end! Happy cooking!

Never thought I would be taken by a simple slice of wood! This is a beauty and I plan to order another to use as a salad serving set. The feel is incredible and the quality is top of the line. I made a tasty potato dish using this and it was such a nice experience in working with it. Very comfortable. I studied others after looking at this one and they are bulky and awkward compared to this. It comes with a tiny pocket size promo piece nicely designed and s cleaning pad. Go for it!

I have a drawer full of wooden spoons and rubber spatulas - but this simple and elegant hardwood spatula, along with it's shorter, broader cousin, is my absolute favorites of the lot. I use it *all the time* for frying and sauteeing, or dealing with anything in cooking that needs to be stirred or mixed or flipped. It is also a durable, excellent scraper that I turn to for deglazing pans, as well as keeping thick mixtures like grits or oatmeal or thick sauces from sticking to the bottom of a cooking pan. The craftsmanship is second-to-none, and I think I enjoy using it so much because it is beautiful as well as useful.

This is the 3rd one I have bought for my household. It seems simple but the little curved edge gets everything in the outer part of a pan, it is thin enough to use as a flipper and wide enough to pick and choose what to move or to stir everything in the pot or pan! In short, it is the most useful tool in the kitchen; it is the first tool I reach for when cooking! Try it!

This is a beautifully crafted spatula, perfect for getting out that first piece of pie, or cake. It cleans daily and I oiled it immediately once it dried. It's function meeting beauty, with a nice hand feel.

I absolutely love the wood and its usefulness. But, and a big but, it costs too much. 8$ or 9$ would be fine.

I bought this to eliminate metal utensils and plastic with a new pan I bought even though it's scratch resistant. I love its natural too. Really pretty and nice.

Beautifully simple and simply beautiful. Has the feel of a quality piece, and though I have had it for 9 months and used it practically every day, it looks as good as new. It feels very comfortable in my hand, and is my favourite spatula to use. Worth the money.

Fast delivery, arrived packaged just as founder/maker Brad Bernhart said it would. Used it to scramble eggs in a cast iron skillet, it was easy to use, no sticking, scrapping, easy to clean, all I can say about this untensil is welcome to the family!
