The product completely not working, and when I request to return it, Amazon customer service did not provide me any workable solution. They offered a free return location is far from me, and with risk of get parking ticket and with minimum $15 parking fee. It’s their product has quality issue, why I have to pay the extra money for the return? This vendor did not offer a good return method. Amazon also did not have any ability to solve the issue. They will only throw the responsibility and difficulties back to the customers.

love this little blender! the charge lasts awhile too.

Bought 2 of these. Pretty junky. One of them always gets stuck and won’t blend, you have to take it apart and start over and over. The other works much better but the amount of force you have to shake and hit it to get it to work is not worth it. My hand hurts so much from all the shaking and slapping trying to get it to restart. I followed all directions too - this is just junk. I missed the return window due to a back injury otherwise would have returned both. Don’t recommend.

No longer have the manual, but got a red and blue light after 2nd use and it will no longer run?

Went to plug the unit in to charge, only the third time and the internal part fell loose inside the housing! No longer able to charge it! Will go ahead and get a Ninja! Should have known better!

it works great for protein drinks and has a tight seal,you can clang it,bang it,drop it,and it keeps on working.

I absolutely love this portable smoothie maker it does the trick, but unfortunately, mine cracked when I dropped it. Other than that I have no complaints as it hold a charge for a week or so and then have to charge it again I really like this product itself
