Good blade, lousy saw.
The blade is fantastic. The sharpness, weight and grip are exactly what I had hoped for. The price is right in the ballpark. The problem is the serrated spine, to be used as a saw. The teeth have a perfectly sharp cutting edge, but they are level with each other, resulting in the entire edge gliding over the wood. The solution is to grind down each tooth on a slight angle so that the cutting edge of each tooth is slightly higher than the trailing edge. I'll have to buy a bench grinder to accomplish that, since there is no warranty. I can't tell you what the exact correct angle should be until I get it done right.

Nice and robust
Feels really nice in the hand, very stout feeling. The grip has a great amount of grip to it - not plasticky at all but more rubberized. Feels like it could do some damage should the zombie apocalypse come to fruition. Of course for a bit more realistic use, I could see using this to fell small trees and delimbing them for firewood. Overall a well made machete with a bit of cool factor and nice sheath to boot.

Not well made but looks cool
Looks cool but more so for show vice functionally. Very light and not balanced due to the cut outs.
