I purchased this as I have a neck injury and thought this would make me more comfortable working from home…. and it does. When it arrived, I gave it some hours to ‘expand’ and take shape and then tested it out. Handy to keep things in the pockets either side and a good flat area in front to either have my laptop, keyboard… or food!! I did notice though that there was a small hole in the cover and I was a little worried that with time and movement, this would get bigger and as it is not a cheap purchase by any stretch, I reached out to the senders. They were incredible and I everything you would want in customer service. They immediately sent out a replacement and within 2 days it arrived which was a lot quicker than my original, so a big ✔️ there. The item itself allows me to work more comfortably and on bad days, in bed, so all in all a great product and a great supplier

It arrives looking extremely squished. OK after leaving it for a few hours to expand.Found it good for putting a laptop on but it's a bit too tall for comfortably playing console games on.

Great idea - and the memory foam seems to be a brilliant size - but the seams on the cover completely split when it was left to expand overnight and there seems to be no option to contact the seller or get a replacement cover.
