bought this phone for my son in high school because I wanted him to have something safe, simple, and reliable. The big buttons and clear screen mean he doesn’t get frustrated using it, and the SOS button reassures me that he can always call for help if needed. The charging dock makes things so much easier for him, and the battery lasts long enough that I don’t worry about it dying during the day. It’s a straightforward phone, but it gives me real peace of mind as a parent.

Easy to used for elderly people.the screen size is very good and the sound quality is fantastic and it has large keys which make it more comfortable for elderly people.the battery life is very good and it has a lot of features and function .its very easy to setup

had 2 previous like this but 2G - they were great, easy to use, loud ring, husband also had one - we had to go to 4g so immediately ordered 2 more for us - not happy at all, awkward to use, ring volume is crap, can barely hear it when quiet and on my own, so got no chance when things going on!!!!!, battery doesn't last as long as my other one either

I bought this phone for my mum and it has been amazing for her. The large buttons and clear screen make it so easy to use, and the loud sound means she never misses a call. She loves the simple charging dock and the fact that the battery lasts for days without needing to be topped up. Bought this for an elderly friend as he had an outdated phone and not exactly the most enthusiasm to learn new thingsHowever the phone was pretty easy for him to learn, the menus are very straight forward and easy to read, also the physical buttons are good sized with a clicky feedback which was a benefit in this case.While setting it up for him I can see why he found it easy to use after getting to browse the menus for an hour the functionality is straight forward but that being said the couple downsides I could find were the plastic casing for the phone is very low quality and the screen isn't the greatest but very bright and very clear,, durability would be my concern again.A nice inclusion is the stand up charger as it courages keeping the phone charged in my experience.The volume is pretty loud though it seems to depend on the ringtone you choose slightly but overall reasonably loud.At the end of the day the value for money is pretty good but the plastic casing really does let it down if it's for someone day on the move and has grip issues but for something around the house mainly it'll do the job well.

Nice looking basic phone. Great the memory card slot and easy hold of two SIM Cards. More easily used than a well known phone make. Have thrown that one in the back of a drawer. Will give to a charity shop!

This is quite a decent handset and has eliminated the problem of call dropouts from my elderley Dad's previous Doro handset. There's a big negative though which is the volume of the ringtone. His hearing isn't too bad but the ring tone just isn't loud enough to class this phone as ideal for senior citizens. Even at max volume it is barely distinguishable if the TV or radio are on in the same room. I've tried all ringtone options and this problem lets the phone down otherwise it would get a 5 star rating.

Bought this phone for my elderly grandmother, who absolutely loves it! She tried with an iPhone but it was way too much for her. So this simple, but high functioning phone is perfect for her. We've got the whole family set up on the speed dial, and the torch is super handy. Knowing the SOS button is there too makes things less stressful for us when she is alone. Brilliant product
