I don't know what I was expecting, how ever sitting on this cushion definitely feels different. The open square holes go all the way through creating a structural cushion. It is very different than sitting on a traditional foam cussion, but it does get the job done. It definitely reduces butt fatigue from sitting for extended periods of time. It stays put ok. If you wiggle around, it is going to get out of place. I tend to slide out of my seat as I have short legs so I always have to readjust it ever time I go to sit down again. I do feel that if it was a tiny bit thicker it would function better for receiving pressure points, but if it was thicker my height in my.chair would become a problem so... Over all I am quote happy with it and am glad I purchased it. It expect it will hold up very well and last me a long time. The quality is good.

Uncomfortable, but with use forms to your butt. Definitely overpriced for what it is and what it’s made of.

Was a little more firm than expected. After surgery, needed something a little softer. Was able to place thin pillow over.
