Great shake 🫨
I was told to follow a low FODMAP diet. I make protein shakes using Tumlove protein powder and it mixes well, tastes great. It’s not to thick. I mix 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen fruit and a scoop of Tumlove. Makes a perfect protein shake!

Good quality product but expensive.
I was put on a Low FODMAP diet after a prolonged intestinal infection caused some issues. It mixes to a good texture in a mitamix and the vanilla flavor tastes pretty good. Most importantly it does what it says and is gut friendly. I have no symptoms after consuming this in the morning. My only issue is the price which is above and beyond the protein powder I had been using.

Protein pudding...yum!
I've bought this several times, and it is now my go-to protein powder, mainly because it does exactly what it promises - it's easy on the tummy. An added benefit is that it actually tastes really good. Pro tip: put a scoop in a glass and dump in some milk or - in my case - almond milk. Use just enough to make it a pudding, and you've got an easy extra 20 g or protein in your diet!

Respectfully… terrible product
Be advised- respectfully this is a terrible protein powder. It is NOT a flavor issue. The flavor is actually fine. Simple vanilla. It is a horrible texture issue. I normally use proteins like 1st Phorm, isopure, gnc… this protein was like drinking gritty chalk. Tums is smoother. If you add more water, it’s flavorless chalk. Worst texture I’ve ever had and it never gets better. May be ok if you don’t know protein powders but this was just not it. Maybe you can hide it in a super packed blended smoothie but you can’t just use water. I have to show love to anyone who does do low FODMAP products- as someone who was diagnosed recently with IBS… but this product needs some work- I’d rather suffer with symptoms than drink this. NOTE- it says not returnable but you can contact support for a refund! They won’t take product back- but company has a listed 100% satisfaction guarantee even if you can’t contact them- contact support!!!!!

Tastes and mixes fine, but...
I'm not sure why people are complaining about the flavour; it just tastes like vanilla protein powder. It reminds me of the basic vanilla soy protein powder Trader Joe's carried for years. I had no trouble it in a glass with a fork, it blended quickly with almond milk and with a half almknd milk/ half water ratio. My stomach tolerated it fine, or at least fine for my baseline. However, it contains monk fruit, which can be a gut irritant. I'm not sure why they're using monk fruit in a gentle gut formula. True, it doesn't have the same negative health consequences associated with other non-nutritive sweeteners (yet) and it tastes better, but if you're trying to make it safe for diabetics, you wouldn't also include maltodextrin, which spikes blood sugar. Maltodextrin has less of an effect on blood sugar when consumed with fiber, but of course this is almost entirely protein and fat, being low FODMAP. I don't have diabetes, and I expect the maltodextrin is responsible for it being so easy to mix, so if this came in a bulk size and were EBT SNAP eligible I'd be buying like 10 pounds of it a month. At this price though, I've had to start mixing my own from other bulk/cheaper, SNAP eligible protein powders, but every time I choke that down I wish I were drinking this.

Tastes good, doesn’t hurt
I was struggling to find anything that wouldn’t hurt my stomach. My nutritionist looked at this one and gave the go ahead so I tried it. I wasn’t thrilled at the price but was desperate and it really is the only product that was GF and low FODMAP. I’ve been using a blender to mix, milk frother will work too. Adding some frozen bananas and strawberries helps that usual protein powder texture and aftertaste (they all have it, it comes with the territory) but I was literally trying to eat anything and feel full and this helped me get food in my stomach and regain some strength and energy without being doubled over in excruciating pain. I was seriously suffering until I found this stuff.

Gritty texture
For the price I sure wish the consistency was creamier. So gritty I need to rinse my mouth after drinking this.

Didn’t upset my gut but it doesn’t dissolve in liquid
I wish I liked this, but I don’t. It just won’t dissolve in liquid for me. I tried water, almond milk, using a whisk/fork/etc. Everything just ended up very grainy. It didn’t upset my gut though!
