Erotic Stories: Everyman's Library Pocket Classics Hardcover – 21 Nov. 2013

Many of the stories featured in this pocket-sized book are by known and admired authors. Not as blatantly erotic as might be expected, the emphasis being on subtlety. I haven't yet read them all, but am impressed by the stories that I have read to date.

Perhaps I was expecting too much!

I wouldn't say I liked all the stories in this volume. However, the ones I did really wowed me. There seems to be something about sex as a subject matter that really gets a writer's creative juices going. Highlights include Michele Roberts' Colette Looks Back, Angelica Jacob's Misha and Edith Wharton's My Little Girl.

Inserting plugs takes a little effort - it should be made much easier. Obviously OK if you are leaving them in permanently. Otherwise does the job.

I am a big fan of Everyman's Library and they are doing a great job in delivering good and classic treasure of literature. This collection is very well selected and is very good to read. I am not a big fan of the cover as it is a bit misleading but the literary collection is fantastic.

An excerpt from all the classics. If you are an avid collector, this isn't something you need, since you probably have the full versions of these stories. Great shipping, beautifully presented but they didn't break the mold in what stories are included.
