Bought this as a gift for my fiancée and it was a hit! Fun, engaging build with clever details that really capture the Mario vibe. A great set for both display and a relaxing, enjoyable build session. Very easy to follow instructions and the size and color match the other Lego Botanical sets perfectly. Legos will outlive us all as their durability is always top-tier.

A VERY cool display piece, a very fun build, and a wonderful piece of gaming history that was beautifully envisioned within the Lego art form. People often comment on it and like to pick it up and look closer, but thankfully it is designed to be durable enough to handle that kind of thing! Perfect size for a wall shelf, bookshelf, bedside table, or desk! I also think this set would go AMAZINGLY well with the Mario Kart set or even the Blue Koopa Shell set!

If I remember right, this is actually the first, or one of the first Super Mario themed LEGO sets that was finally NOT tied to LEGO's Super Mario game thing. No doubt everyone is still dying for some stand alone Super Mario sets that would have official Super Mario minifigures though, lol... But anyway, this is a great little set that any Super Mario fan would love to have. At least, I think so. It's not too challenging and not super simple either. However, my favorite thing about it is how well it works as a display piece. Anyway, I can't really think of much else to say about the Super Mario Piranha Plant that hasn't already been said. And so, I give it a score of 5... out of, 5.

Another great Lego set! This was fun to build and a great homage to the NES day. I love Lego and I love Mario so this was a great combination on the two.
