I’m well-versed in skincare products, “active” ingredients, and efficacy of products. I have extremely sensitive skin. I’ve worked my way up to tolerating most vitamin A derivatives (aka retinols)—but even a small scratch or an otherwise tiny bump/blemish becomes an inflamed and bright red mess on my face, despite my use of gentle products and, frankly, restraint. This cream hasn’t of course solved that issue—but it’s GREATLY reduced my face’s inflammatory responses. This sounds like an ad, but I cannot stop myself from posting this review. I believe in this HSA science and will be purchasing more again when my bottle empties.

Originally bought from my Dr. That does my Botox and Fillers. Reordered since then through Amazon. You only need a little it goes a long ways.

My rosacea sensitive skin did not like this. It was not enough moisture to start but by midday my skin was burning and red , usual rosacea stuff. Very expensive too. No for me

An unscented night cream, goes on smoothly and quickly and is very pleasant. A little bit goes a long way. I use a number of products from Sente. Their line is unscented and high quality.

Not greasy . Works well just like one purchased from dermatologist.
