Might have been me but mirrors didn't work out well for me and my light broke, not sure if I can order /buy a new light! It works amazing! Love it! I would definitely buy again. I was scared to buy it because I ordered an electronic wheelchair and it broke right away. Company wouldn't help me out! But Im so glad I bought it! It is way cheaper tgan thst other one too!

Adorable and great scooter
My pink scooter arrived early and packed well! Easy to put together! Once fully charged, ran well and loved having a removal key so the scooter can’t be stolen if left unattended. No problems running uphill on concrete but not so good on grass uphill. Does well on level grass or gravel and seems like a long lasting battery as I used it for 4 days at a resort on vacation and still have lots of battery power left. The ink color is so cute and got lots of fun comments on vacation!I purchased a cute backpack to attach to the seat for various things I wanted to take with me in addition to the sturdy basket. Loved that there is a charging port on the scooter to charge one’s phone if needed. All in all, I am so happy with my purchase. I purchased a different scooter 2 1/2 years ago where I had to put a bike cable lock on it if going into a place because it only had an on /off switch, no key, then after a year had to replace the batteries as they longer charge.d. Again this year had to replace the batteries, which were over $70.00 each time!!! This time, replacing the batteries didn’t run the other scooter! Turns out the charger connection has corrosion on the battery case! To replace the battery case was going to cost us over $300.0! So I decided to buy a new scooter instead of trying to fix the old one!So be careful when looking to purchase a scooter for a senior citizen like myself….my pink scooter cost me around $750.00 and so far is well worth the investment. My original scooter cost me $700.00 and ended up being a costly piece of junk! I have only had this pink scooter for a month and love everything about it! For now everything is great but will update this review in the future should any problems arise!!

Battery doesn’t hold charge
The battery is not holding charge anymore. I bought it 10 months ago but used it very little. Now, the battery shows that is full when is actually dying. Can’t trust it long distance because out of the sudden it dies.

Needs Mixed Stars
So here's the thing... YES its a cheap scooter... so I take that in account when making a review. Comparing it to a Pride scooter or something twice the price or greater... is for points of reference.Good:• The chassis is solid and it has all the parts and pieces.• The headlight is a nice touch, many more expensive ones don't have that.• Tires are a good ride and it has more ground clearance than most.• It really is light weight.• For what it is.. it aint no speedster.. but will keep up with a fast paced person walking. So Disney.. ok, but out in the neighborhood... you're a target for sure.Bad:• Horrible battery life. Didn't make it 2 hours in a convention center 1/4 throttle before I was at 1 green left.• Seat is practically unusable for more than 20 minutes.. Might as well been a block of wood.• The USB is for a phone made in 2005 or something.. barely will keep up with a modern phone.• NO BRAKES! It says electronic brakes.. but no way... you get too close to something you better have good sneakers on because THAT will be your brakes.• The key slug is the power switch.. kinda cheezy.• NO REAR HITCH RECEIVER! This is just a bad bad oversight. Nearly every chair/scooter I've seen has this.. Meaning adding an o2 tank, umbrella or any other rear accessory... outta luck.• The battery connection setup is horrible. They should have used a plug, just bad design. If you are looking for something you are willing to "settle for" than this pricepoint will work for very basic needs. If you want a foundation that cheap, then upgrade it.. that'll work too.
