Glad we purchased. Seems very well made. It was so easy to install, especially the drain plug. Looks great.

The faucets are beautiful. We bought two for a double sink, but didn't install them until after the return window closed. One of them works fine, but one of them is defective and leaks from the cold water handle. Now we either have to buy two new sets of something different or spend more money to replace the defective one. Update: the second one shows a small leak now out top of handle...

Pros: It looks really nice in person, it’s a good gold tone, doesn’t look cheap. We’ve had this about a year already and it’s still working without issues. Also, it’s less costly than similar looking faucets. Cons: There were some issues initially with the pop up drain and some leaking, but it turned out we just needed to flip a couple of the seal rings around (we had accidentally put them on backward) and use a little plumbers tape around the pipe, no issues since. Keep in mind you get what you pay for, you will have to fidget with this to get it working correctly but is a couple hundred less than similar faucets. If it’s in your budget it may be best to go for the better brands, they last longer and have lifetime warranties., if not you’ll be fine with this one.

I love love love the look of these faucets. They transformed the look of my bathroom at a great price point. However, one of the faucets has broken within a year of installation. I will contact the manufacturer to see about replacing it... Or just have a plumber out to see if it is salvageable. Update: I reached out to the company. They were very helpful and sent out two replacement parts. I only needed one. I was able to fix it myself (I am not the most handy of ladies amd it was a simple fix). I still enjoy the faucets and am happy with my purchase. Even though we had the minor bump in the road, I am still happy with the purchase and would indeed recommend this faucet to a friend.

This faucet is beautiful. It functions smoothly. The color is a perfect match for Moen’s brushed gold finish (the shower hardware in my picture). I can’t actually speak to the ease of install because my plumber put it in, but I’m really pleased with this overall. Obviously, at the lower end of what you can spend on a faucet, you get more lemons. But if you’re willing to take a chance on this one it does look awesome. I’m hoping it doesn’t start leaking or corrode. It’s been in for 2 months, so far, so good.

Stick with the major brands like Delta, Moen and Kohler if you're planning to stay in your home for a while. There is NO WAY to contact these people if you have an issue with a single part as we did on one of the two units we bought that developed an issue. What are you going to do if you need a new o-ring down the road and you're trying to source it? Good question! It's pretty clear they won't be there to help you and you WON'T see this brand name on the plumbing repair sites to source parts either! It's a disposable faucet if you have an issue. In our case we're simply buying another unit to replace the faulty part. We're selling the house so we're still coming out ahead financially. BUT, would I EVER put these in a house I planned to live in for a while? Emphatically NO! If you're going to stay in you home spend the extra money and get quality faucets. They will look nicer and you'll find parts when needed down the road.

The color and style was great but just like most items bought on Amazon they only last a short time. This one started leaking almost immediately. Had it professionally installed by my father in law who is a master plumber. After 2 years, with very little use, literally only in a guest bathroom, it started leaking when it was in and even off. We even tried to fix it but the left handle inside plastic piece broke and then days later the right one too. I’m tired of wasting money and this one is one of the expensive ones. Learned my lesson and I’ll be sticking to the real brand names like Moen and Kohler not from Amazon. Don’t waste your money.

Building a new house I bought all my other faucets for 3x as much from a local fixture company. This faucet is by far my favorite. I am always worried about buying brass or gold colour fixtures online because you never know what the color or quality will really look like. This by far surpassed my expectation. It is absolutely stunning. Completed the look flawlessly for so much less than I should have paid. I mimicked a studio McGee powder room and this faucet was the perfect fit! Buy it!
