I stumbled upon this line while shopping for braided line when my usual purchases were out of stock. I have completely switched over all my reels to Reaction Tackle Braid. I love this line and I love this company. Very happy to support this kind of business. Nothing bad to say, amazing durability.

I am very glad I did some strength tests on this before I used it in my fishing tournament. I got suspicious when I cut it effortlessly with a pair cheap scissors, so I rigged up a handle and carabiner and proceeded to lift various items. My first test was a 5gal water jug (41lbs) and it broke instantly in the middle of the line (not knots). Eventually I fuond the breaking strength to hold at around 17lbs.. This is a big problem when the line is rated for 40lbs.. The only reason they got a star is because the line "looks" high quality, and the shipping was very quick.

Lost two Nomad Madcads on line failure while having the line out 100 yards while trolling for tuna down in Ensenada. Won’t be buying from this brand again.
