The BeDry Night Premium Incontinence Briefs by InControlDiapers are great for heavy incontinence. While not quite as absorbent as Trest elite briefs and MegaMax diaper-style briefs, they are very absorbent. They are softer to the touch and unusually comfortable, which makes them great for overnight use. It looks like only sample packs are available here, but you can order a case of 36 from the company.

These are good but the sizing is way off. These are huge my mom wears a large depends women and even the medium of these were huge on her.

The fit is bad and it is not easy to put on by yourself. It will leak no matter what I tried

Definitely an interesting product, a first for me. Yes, it's Plastic Backed. But the tape are valcro style. Definitely makes adjustments very easy. They are also stretchy at the front and back, something you definitely don't get from cloth. I've been reviewing these products for the last 25+ years, after being molested in boarding school. So I have definitely tried a lot of different products. I was also a caregiver to my paraplegic wife for 16 years, so we definitely knew what worked and what didn't.
