Very amazing product. It has Good Built quality with superb functions. Very nice cooling. Easy to use and eco-friendly. It can be adjusted anywhere in our rooms. The Hot water dispenser has a childlock too which is a very good function specially to protect children from Hot water. The Cooling cabinet is spacious and has a good cooling experience. Easy and affordable machine. Good for Hostelers and PG residents for all time. I recommend all to buy this product.

This Water dispenser brand is of top most quality and comes with Hot & Cold feature and is perfectly fine for Home and Office purpose. Its build quality is strong and Black suits to my interior as well. It remove my headache of keeping and maintaing the RO which has become very costlier now a days.

Dear Bonkaso Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Bonkaso water dispenser units I recently purchased. I bought a total of three units—one for myself and two for my relatives. Unfortunately, one of the units is not functioning properly, specifically the chilled-water feature, which is not working at all. We have already emailed your support team regarding this issue, but we have not received a proper solution. Despite requesting a technician visit, we did not get any clear response or assistance. This lack of support is very disappointing, especially after purchasing multiple units. I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue by either repairing the faulty unit or replacing it at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response

It is a very good quality dispenser with both hot and cold water facility. Also very easy to install and easy to use. I am happy with the water quality and is worth its cost.

The product started leaking from the bottom and when we raise a complaint over phone they will ask us send a mail and trying to troubleshoot over mail asking us to send a video .. service executives are not available it seems .. better go with some good brand rather choosing this fraud company .. stay safe while choosing products.
